Rich has been with the WIOA program since 2001. Over those years he has served as a case manager, youth services coordinator, and flood grant coordinator. Rich was promoted to WIOA Assistant Director in July of 2017. Rich is married with two children and enjoys volunteering for youth activities throughout the community.
